Hallo zusammen Im Juli wird in der Schweiz der Event "Chaos Singularity" stattfinden, der sich technischen und politischen Themen widmet. trash.net ist im Organisationskomitee vertreten. Im CfP findet ihr eine kurze Beschreibung und das Datum. Wer etwas an der Veranstaltung praesentieren moechte ist herzlich dazu eingeladen, sich zu melden. (german version see below/deutsche Version siehe unten) Chaos Singularity (Cosin) is a technical and political event which is organised in collaboration of different chaostreffs from Switzerland, the SheGeeks and trash.net. It will take place from friday, 7.7.2006 until sunday, 9.7.2006 at the Cultural Center of Bremgarten (KuZeB) [1][2] in Aargau/Switzerland. Some words about the event ========================== Topics ------ Technical, political or social topics are welcome for lectures, workshops and projects. We will set up a wire(d|less) network and if you like to just hang out in irc or do some coding for 50+ hours straight, feel free to do so at Cosin. Our space and internet connection is limited though, so we'll ask you not to do network gaming or filesharing. Cost ---- We ask for an entrance fee of 10 CHF (~6.4 Euro) for all three days, from everyone (yes, speakers and people who help, too). We hope this small amount is enough to cover our costs, but we're grateful if you're willing to pay a little more. If we get more money than we spend, it will go to the people who operate KuZeB, to help cover their costs for electricity, rent, etc. How to get there ---------------- The event is easily reachable by train and less than 5 minutes of walking. Surviving --------- If you need food and/or sleep, there will be possibilities for this. To help us plan the event, you are required to let us know if you want to eat (will cost you CHF 5 for each dinner; vegetarian meals only) and/or sleep @KuZeB (just add your name to the list in the wiki, under [3]). If you only need your own sleeping bag and a little space on the floor for sleeping, there's no need to inform us. Call For Papers =============== We would like to invite all interested people to hold a lecture or start a workshop at cosin. Anreise ------- Das KuZeB kann einfach mit dem Zug und weniger als 5 Minuten laufen erreicht werden. Surviving --------- Wer Essen oder Schlaf benötigt, wird ebenfalls nicht im Stich gelassen. Um uns das Planen zu erleichtern, ist es nötig sich zum Essen (kostet 5 Franken pro Abendessen; nur vegetarisches Essen) oder Schlafen anzumelden (Namen im Wiki unter [3] hinzufügen). Wer nur seinen Schlafsack und ein wenig Platz auf dem Boden braucht, muss sich nicht eintragen. Call For Papers =============== Alle interessierten Personen sind eingeladen, einen Vortrag zu halten, oder einen Workshop zu leiten.
